       This page is a collection of Advent Glass Works, Inc. various art pieces. Most
of the new work that Advent receives is traditional, but there is still plenty of
contemporary requests. Truett designs most of the contemporary designs himself
and a small portion of the traditional designs. Independent artists hired for a
particular job create the remaining designs. Most of the work that Advent installs is
based in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and the Caribbean. There is also work done
in Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, Venezuela, and Puerto Rico.

These windows were designed and painted by Roy Coomber for Advent Glass Works and are part of an installation at the First United Methodist church in Gainesville, Florida. Photographs by Richard Gross.        Crucifixion is a dalle de verre window from the Tuskawilla United Methodist Church, Casselberry, Florida. This window was designed and photographed by Truett George.        This more traditional Crucifixion is part of the series designed and painted by Steve Purdy at Saint George's Anglican Church in Ocala, Florida. Photographs by Richard Gross.        These windows are from an installation above the entryway at Congregation Ahavath Chesed synagogue in Jacksonville, Florida. It was designed by Helene Baker, a member of the synagogue and is her first and only design for stained glass. The watercolor design was adapted for fabrication by Truett George.
